Ms. Laura Cozijnsen is the founder of Lighthouse Consultant Ltd. Prior to Lighthouse, in the capacity of Director of Distribution, Laura headed the Southeast Asia marketing and public relations team at media company STAR Group Limited, under News Corporation. 

Laura is a dynamic Dutch-Chinese entrepreneur, TEDx speaker, and renowned communications expert. With over 20 years of experience across Southeast Asia and Greater China, Laura's expertise spans executive presence, change communication, culture development, public speaking, and key message formulation. She is fluent in English, Putonghua, and Cantonese.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Laura is known for her love for reading, coffee, and the companionship of her golden retriever.
